About the Clinic
My practice is all about making sure you feel comfortable and cared for. I'm happy to be able to practice Traditional Chinese Medicine at two excellent locations in Calgary, one in the South and one in the North. At both clinics I have a private treatment room that is clean, warm, and professional, with all of the equipment necessary for a proper Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture treatment, Cupping Massage, or diagnostic consultation. South West Massage and Wellness Centre, and Hunterhorn Centre of Therapeutic Massage and Acupuncture, are both gorgeous facilities with all of the amenities, including a team of really nice, super-talented massage therapists.
All of the treatment tables I use are sanitized and cozy, with heat lamps to warm your feet and and a heated mattress pad to provide extra warmth and health benefits during your session. All linens are washed and bleached before each treatment.
Relaxing music will be played during your session, but feel free to bring an I-pod if you prefer. Friends and spouses are welcome to accompany you, even if they don't want a treatment. Unfortunately, I am not equipped to provide child care during your session at this time.
I've tried to create the kind of environment in my clinic spaces that mirror what I would have liked when I was a patient, and I hope it works for you, but if anything doesn't, please let me know. My goal is to ensure that your acupuncture treatment is relaxing and rejuvenating, as well as healing. Many of my clients come once a week, just for a "tune up", saying it keeps them feeling healthy and balanced all week.
